JR E233-7000 (Saikyo Line 40th Anniversary Wrapping) Lead 2 Cars
●The Saikyo Line opened on September 30, 1985, and is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. To commemorate this, the E233 series 7000 series Hae 117 train set, which operates on the line, has been wrapped in yellow-green No. 6 (uguisu-iro), inspired by the 103 series that was in service when the line opened. The front identification stripe has also been painted in the same color, and other decorations have been added, such as the display of a front headmark and the affixing of four commemorative logos behind the crew door. It is scheduled to begin operation on September 30, 2025, and will run until the end of February of the following year.
